1Beta Program Scope

ADAM Legal is offered in a controlled beta. Features may change, degrade, or be removed. Beta access is provided for evaluation and feedback, not for guaranteed production use.

You should not rely on beta availability as your sole system of record.

ADAM Legal does not provide legal advice, opinions, or conclusions. All outputs are generated content intended to support professional workflows.

You remain solely responsible for verifying accuracy, confirming jurisdiction, ethical compliance, and final legal judgment and work product.

3Confirmation Workflow Requirement

You agree to use ADAM's confirmation controls for key legal context—including parties, jurisdiction, and material facts—before relying on outputs.

If you bypass confirmation steps (where provided), you accept the risk of inaccurate results.

4Acceptable Use; Prohibited Use

• •Use the beta for lawful professional purposes consistent with ethical obligations.
• •Do not upload materials you are not authorized to share.
• •Do not reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to compromise the platform.
• •Do not publicly share screenshots, performance metrics, or non-public feature details without written consent.

5Data Ownership and Processing

You retain ownership of uploaded documents and matter data. ADAM Legal processes data solely to provide platform functionality (extraction, indexing, retrieval, generation). Derived metadata (e.g., clause tags, embeddings, OCR confidence) may be created to operate the system.

6Confidentiality of Beta

The beta platform, roadmap, pricing (including beta pricing), and non-public documentation are confidential. You agree not to disclose them to third parties.

7Feedback License

You grant ADAM Legal a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback, suggestions, and bug reports to improve the product.

8Security and Incident Notice

Reasonable safeguards are implemented; however, beta systems may contain defects. If you suspect an incident affecting your data, notify ADAM Legal promptly via the support channel provided in-app.

9Billing, Trial, and Cancellation

If your beta includes a trial, trial start/end dates are displayed in-app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Refunds (if any) follow the billing provider's policies except where mandatory local law applies.

11Suspension/Termination

ADAM Legal may suspend/terminate beta access to protect platform integrity, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may terminate participation at any time by cancelling (if applicable).

Delaware law governs these terms.
